A quiet week held in a stone farmhouse above the Umbrian valley. Mornings begin slow, with terrace coffee and the sound of church bells drifting up from the village below. Days unfold between olive groves and vineyard tables, long lunches that run into evening, and a chance to reset and rest. This is not a tour. It's a place to arrive, and stay a while.

5 nights at a restored 17th-century monastery, perched in the hillside

Activities and Excursions
- A morning in the garden picking what's ripe, followed by a fresh pasta making class with an Italian mamma
- A day trip to Arezzo's famed antiques market.
  One of Italy's oldest and largest vintage fairs, spilling through the piazzas and side streets of the old town.
- A truffle hunt through the rich truffle woods of the Torre Certalda’ with a local forager and his dog, followed by a truffle lunch
- Our final night: six courses under the stars, cooked just for us
  - Chef Delfo leaves his Michelin restaurant in the north for one evening — candlelight, wine poured course by course, everyone at one long table, laughing long after dessert.

Our Monastery in Umbria

High in the hills above Umbertide, our home for the week is a restored stone farmhouse where the days move slow. Float in the pool as it looks out over the valley, wander the olive groves, and watch the hillside turn gold at sunset. Goats, chickens, and horses roam the grounds, happy to make friends, while trails just beyond the gate lead through vineyards and truffle woods. It's a place built for savoring— long lunches, wine on the terrace, and stillness that you don't find just anywhere.
