1. About Solenne Solenne is a small-group travel brand operated by Solenne, LLC. By using withsolenne.com or joining our waitlist you agree to these terms.

2. The waitlist Joining the Solenne waitlist means you are expressing interest in future retreats. It does not constitute a booking, a reservation, or a guarantee of a spot. Waitlist members receive early access to retreat announcements before they are made public. You can unsubscribe at any time. Joining the waitlist does not create any contractual relationship between you and Solenne.

3. Retreat bookings When retreat bookings open, a separate booking agreement will be provided outlining deposit requirements, payment schedules, cancellation terms, and what is included. These terms will be specific to each retreat and must be agreed to at the time of booking.

4. Deposits and payments Retreat deposits are non-refundable unless Solenne cancels the retreat. Payment plans may be available on request. Full payment terms will be outlined in your booking agreement.

5. Cancellations by you If you cancel your retreat booking the following applies regardless of the reason for cancellation: — More than 90 days before departure: deposit forfeited, remaining balance refunded — 60–90 days before departure: 50% of total retreat cost forfeited — Less than 60 days before departure: no refund — We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

6. Cancellations by Solenne In the unlikely event that Solenne cancels a retreat you will receive a full refund of all payments made. Solenne is not responsible for any additional costs you have incurred including flights, accommodation, or travel insurance.

7. Travel insurance Travel insurance is not included in your retreat price. We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, and personal liability before booking.

8. Your responsibilities You are responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport and any visas required for your destination. You are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point on time. Solenne is not responsible for missed retreats due to travel delays or personal circumstances.

9. Health and fitness Solenne retreats may involve activities requiring a reasonable level of physical fitness. By booking, you confirm that you are fit to participate and understand that Solenne cannot assess your individual medical needs. Please notify us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or accessibility needs at the time of booking.

10. Photographs and content Solenne may take photographs and video during retreats for use in marketing materials and social media. By participating, you grant Solenne a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use images in which you appear unless you opt out. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify us before the retreat begins. You may opt out at any time.

11. Liability Solenne takes all reasonable steps to ensure your safety and enjoyment. However, we are not liable for injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, political events, or the actions of third‑party suppliers.

12. Third-party suppliers Some retreat activities are operated by third-party suppliers including chefs, guides, and activity providers. Solenne is not liable for the actions or omissions of these suppliers though we take care to select partners we trust.

13. Privacy Your personal information is collected and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy at withsolenne.com/privacy-policy. We will never sell your data to third parties.

14. Intellectual property All content on withsolenne.com including copy, images, and brand assets is owned by Solenne and may not be reproduced without written permission.

15. Changes to these terms Solenne reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Virginia.
